Talking to journalists at Biratnagar Airport today, DPM Gachchhadar added that there was no alternate of holding talks and that the demands of Madhes-centric parties could only be resolved through constitution amendment. DPM Gachchhadar who is also the chair of the Madhesi People’s Righst Forum (Democratic) informed that the government was continuing talks with all sides as consensus and collaboration among the major parties was essential to implement the constitution.
